"Online filing", 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
On August 14, 2013, the Argentine Trademark Office introduced the online filing of trademark applications, by means of which trademarks, renewals, responses to office actions and oppositions may be filed electronically 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This new system is optional, as this online filing will coexist with the traditional proceedings of personal filing of briefs and forms at the Argentine Trademark Office.

| Currently this new system is only available for trademark proceedings. However, gradually, all proceedings exclusive of the Trademark Office will be included. |
